Notre Dame offered a sophomore prospect for the second straight day with Kennesaw (Ga.) Mountain tight end Ryland Goede being the latest recipient.

The 6-5, 225-pounder added the Irish to an offer list that already included Alabama, Ohio State, Georgia, Florida, LSU, Auburn and UCLA, among others.

According to MaxPreps, which listed stats for nine games this past season, Goede caught 28 passes for 275 yards and two touchdowns.

The Irish staff offered Loganville (Ga.) Grayson linebacker Owen Pappoe yesterday evening. Both players figure to be considered as one of the top players at their respective positions when the 2019 rankings are released.

Goede is offer No. 20 sent out by Notre Dame in the 2019 cycle. He has taken trips to Alabama, Georgia, Auburn and UCLA during the fall and winter.

He told the Georgia Rivals site in November that Georgia was an early leader. In late December he mentioned to the site that playing baseball in college could be an option.
