The Irish staff continues to expand the board in the 2019 class and offered one of the top skill players in the junior class this evening.

Per his Twitter, Notre Dame has extended an offer to one of the nation's top wide receivers: Folsom (Calif.) High Joseph Ngata.

The 6-3, 195-pounder also holds offers from USC, Penn State, UCLA, Washington, Washington State, Utah, California, and Oregon State. The junior also announced his offer from the Nittany Lions tonight.

Ngata ranks as the nation's No. 28 WR and No. 153 player nationally. He is the No. 24 player in California.

Per MaxPreps, Ngata caught 26 receptions for 507 yards and six touchdowns in six games played. During his sophomore campaign, Ngata grabbed 41 passes for 633 yards and seven touchdowns.

Ngata's older brother, Ariel Ngata, is a freshman linebacker at Washington.
