Notre Dame's 2018 recruiting class grew by two on Sunday.

The Irish landed verbal commitments from a pair of twins in linebacker Justin Ademilola and defensive end Jayson Ademilola.

The Jersey City (N.J.) St. Peter's Prep duo said the decision to commit to Notre Dame over schools like Michigan, Auburn, Penn State and Rutgers was an easy one.

"Me and my brother kind of had a feeling when we came up here that we were going to commit," Justin Ademilola said. "We just love the coaches here. From [defensive line coach Keith Gilmore] to [area recruiter Scott Booker] and [head coach Brian Kelly]. We just feel like we can click here with them and we got to see that [on Saturday] when we camped."

"Even the players," he added. "We were with them all day on Saturday and we just felt like Notre Dame is the place to be."

Justin is listed as an outside linebacker, but he says that the Irish think he could grow into a defensive end at the next level given his frame at 6-3, 234 pounds.

"They said I'm going to play rush. So when that's in the 4-3, I'll be the d-end there and when it's a 3-4 I'll be the will linebacker," Justin said.

The coaches also want to move Jayson, who is listed as a strongside defensive end, to the interior of the line in hopes of finding a pass rush from the 6-3, 265-pound lineman.

Michigan hosted the twins multiple times for unofficial visits and was the presumed favorite to sign the duo, but Justin said that he and his brother just felt more comfortable at Notre Dame.

"I fell in love with the campus and the education speaks for itself," he said. "I could just tell that Notre Dame really wanted me and I think I can be more successful at Notre Dame than I would be at Michigan."

Notre Dame now holds four pledges in the class of 2018 with Gibsonia (Pa.) Pine Richland Rivals100 quarterback Phil Jurkovec and Indianapolis Cathedral running back Markese Stepp also in the fold.
