Phil Jurkovec — Gibsonia (Pa.) Pine-Richland
Pine Richland (7-5) has finished its season … In six games before suffering a season-ending hand injury, completed 62.3 percent of his passes for 1,673 yards with 12 touchdowns and two interceptions … Also had 481 yards and eight scores on 82 rushing attempts.

C.J. Holmes — Cheshire (Conn.) Academy
Last week: Rushed for 120 yards and a touchdown on 20 carries, and recorded an interception, in a 45-20 win over Greenwich (Conn.) Brunswick (7-3) in the prep school Wayne Sanborn New England Championship Bowl.
This week: Cheshire (8-2) has finished its season.

Markese Stepp — Indianapolis Cathedral
Cathedral (7-5) has completed its season … Finished with 81 yards and four touchdowns on five carries after nursing a hamstring injury for the vast majority of the season.

Kurt Hinish — Pittsburgh Central Catholic
Last week: Part of a defense that allowed only 154 yards of total offense in a 42-7 win over Harmony (Pa.) Seneca Valley (8-4) to win the WPIAL Class 6A championship at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh.
This week: Central Catholic (12-1) moves on to the quarterfinals of the Pennsylvania Class 6A playoffs to face Williamsport (Pa.) High (12-1) in Altoona, Pa.

Ovie Oghoufo — Farmington Hills (Mich.) Harrison
Harrison (5-4) has completed its season … Finished his junior campaign with 56 total stops, 20 tackles for loss, five sacks, seven pass deflections and one fumble recovery on defense … Also contributed 16 receptions for 406 yards and five touchdowns as a tight end.

Last Week: Caught three passes for 59 yards, including a 30-yard reception that set up the game-winning field goal with 16 seconds remaining, and recorded two tackles in a 32-31 victory over Whittier (Calif.) La Serna (8-4) in the second round of the CIF Southern Section Division III playoffs.
This Week: La Mirada (10-2) will face Los Alamitos (Calif.) High (9-3) in the semifinals of the CIF Southern Section Division III playoffs.
