Per his Twitter, Notre Dame has offered Seattle Garfield 2020 defensive end Sav'ell Smalls.
The 6-4, 230-pounder also holds offers from Michigan, Oregon, USC, UCLA and Oregon State, among others.
Smalls is the second player in as many days from the class 2020 to pick up an offer from the Irish.
On Wednesday, Notre Dame extended an offer to Charlotte Providence Day 2020 athlete Jacolbe Cowan.
