The final edition of the Rivals100 for the 2018 class was announced yesterday and the new Rivals250 is now live. Notre Dame is well represented.
After defensive back Houston Griffith (No. 43), linebacker Jack Lamb (No. 77), quarterback Phil Jurkovec (No. 87) and wide receiver Kevin Austin (No. 88) landed on the Rivals100 yesterday, five more Irish signees are included in the final Rivals250 for the 2018 class.
Marietta (Ga.) Lassiter safety Derrik Allen is the highest ranked of this second group coming in at No. 135.
Allen is joined on the defensive side by Erie (Pa.) Cathedral Prep linebacker Matthew Bauer (No. 158), Jersey City (N.J.) St. Peter’s Prep rover Shayne Simon (No. 168) and defensive tackle Jayson Ademilola (No. 169).
Gurnee (Ill.) Warren Township wide receiver signee and early enrollee Micah Jones wraps up the group at No. 192.
In total, Notre Dame has nine prospects (all signed) in the final rankings for the Rivals250 including three on offense and six on defense. That overall number could grow if the staff is able to flip Washington (D.C.) H.D. Woodson cornerback Noah Boykin, who ranks No. 204, from Maryland.
