• Led Nazareth Academy to the Class 5A state title, its first in school history, as a junior and another Class 5A state championship as a senior.

2016 Projection

• Unlikely to see the field due to a two-deep that returns several cornerbacks.

Blue & Gold Illustrated football analyst Bryan Driskell:

“Love has the intangibles that Notre Dame fans will grow to admire. He was a do-it-all player at Nazareth Academy, shining on both sides of the ball while leading the Roadrunners to a 26-2 record and back-to-back Illinois 5A state championships.

“He has physical traits that similar to current starting cornerback Cole Luke. He has loose hips, quick feet, a good burst and the ability to quickly open up and get to top speed. His instincts in the secondary are impressive, with Love getting his hands on a lot of passes, something the Irish defense needs.”
