• S Derrik Allen — Marietta (Ga.) Lassiter
Last Week: Fell 42-19 to Marietta (Ga.) Walton.
This Week: Lassiter (5-3) will host Canton (Ga.) Cherokee (0-8).
• WR Kevin Austin — Coconut Creek (Fla.) North Broward Prep
Last Week: Had nine carries for 167 yards and a touchdown in a 27-20 loss to Fort Lauderdale (Fla. ) Calvary Christian (3-4) … Also caught one pass for minus-two yards.
This Week: North Broward Prep (4-3) will host Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) Pine Crest (5-4).
• LB Matthew Bauer — Erie (Pa.) Cathedral Prep
Last Week: Won 49-14 over Waterford (Pa.) Fort LeBoeuf (4-5)
This Week: Cathedral Prep (9-0) will play at Buffalo (N.Y.) Canisius (6-2).
• OT John Dirksen — Maria Stein (Ohio) Marion Local
Last Week: Notched a 34-6 victory over St. Henry (Ohio) High (6-3).
This Week: Marion Local (9-0) will host Rockford (Ohio) Parkway (1-8).
• DT Ja’Mion Franklin — Ridgely (Md.) North Caroline
Last Week: Posted a 56-7 win over Salisbury (Md.) Bennett (5-3).
This Week: North Caroline (8-0) will host Stevensville (Md.) Kent Island (7-1).
• WR Micah Jones — Gurnee (Ill.) Warren Township
Last Week: Scored all three Warren Township touchdowns in a 21-14 win over Lincolnshire (Ill.) Stevenson (6-3) … Finished the game with four catches for 44 yards and three scores, per MaxPreps.
This Week: Warren Township (6-3) will face Bolingbrook (7-2) in the first round of the Class 8A state playoffs.
• QB Phil Jurkovec — Gibsonia (Pa.) Pine-Richland
Last Week: Completed 10 of 12 passes for 163 yards with three touchdowns in a 64-0 win over Butler (Pa.) High (2-7) … For the season, has completed 138 of 178 passes (77.5 percent) for 2,284 yards with 21 touchdowns and four interceptions … Also has 51 carries for 396 yards and 12 scores.
This Week: Pine-Richland (9-0) will play at Wexford (Pa.) North Allegheny (7-2).
• LB Jack Lamb — Temecula (Calif.) Great Oak
Last Week: Recorded a strip sack in a 41-21 loss to Murietta (Calif.) Mesa (7-1).
This Week: Great Oak (4-4) will play at Murietta (Calif.) Valley (6-2).
• OT Cole Mabry — Brentwood (Tenn.) High
Last Week: Recorded a 49-7 win over Lewisburg (Tenn.) Marshall County (6-3).
This Week: Brentwood (8-1) will play at Franklin (Tenn.) Centennial (4-5).
• LB Ovie Oghoufo — Farmington Hills (Mich.) Harrison
Last Week: Fell 23-12 to Clarkston (Mich.) High (7-2).
This Week: Harrison (6-3) will play at Warren (Mich.) Fitzgerald (7-2).
• ROV Shayne Simon — Jersey City (N.J.) St. Peter’s Prep
Last Week: Recorded eight tackles (one for loss) and added two catches for 36 yards, per MaxPreps, in a 21-17 win over St. Joseph Regional (4-2).
This Week: St. Peter’s Prep (5-2) will host Jersey City (N.J.) Lincoln (2-5).
• RB Jahmir Smith — Sanford (N.C.) Lee County
Last Week: Lee County recorded its eighth shutout in nine games with a 68-0 win over Cameron (N.C.) Union Pines (4-5).
This Week: Lee County (9-0) will play at Erwin (N.C.) Triton (5-4).
• RB Markese Stepp — Indianapolis Cathedral
Last Week: Had a bye.
This Week: Indianapolis Cathedral (4-5) will host Indianapolis Roncalli (8-1) in the first round of the Indiana state playoffs.
• TE George Takacs — Naples (Fla.) Gulf Coast
Last Week: Had eight catches for 85 yards in a 27-20 loss to Naples (Fla.) Palmetto Ridge (3-2).
This Week: Gulf Coast (3-2) will play at Fort Myers (Fla.) South Fort Myers (4-3).
Class of 2019
• DT Jacob Lacey — Bowling Green (Ky.) South Warren
Last Week: Lost 43-7 to Bowling Green (Ky.) High (7-2).
This Week: South Warren (7-2) will play at Owensboro (Ky.) Catholic (6-3).
• QB Cade McNamara — Reno (Nev.) Damonte Ranch
Last Week: Completed 24 of 29 passes for 364 yards with four touchdowns in a 39-7 victory over Carson City (Nev.) Carson (3-5).
