Stepp had 83 yards and a touchdown on 13 carries in a 25-20 road loss to Pickerington Central (Ohio) High (2-0).

Takacs caught three passes for 53 yards in a 46-6 win over Hialeah (Fla.) Hialeah Gardens (1-1)

Lacey continued being a disruptive force, notching six or seven tackles, three for loss and sack, according to his father, in a 36-7 win over Franklin (Ky.) Franklin-Simpson (1-2).

Wilkins Jr. had three receptions for 48 yards in a 34-17 win over Fort Myers (Fla.) High (1-1).
