Notre Dame already has three commits on the offensive side of the ball in 2020, but is still waiting on a defender to hop on board.
One of several early 2020 offers on the defensive side of the ball went out to Kedrick Bingley-Jones, a four-star Rivals250 defensive end from Charlotte (N.C.) Providence Day.
Bingley-Jones, a teammate of current Irish 2019 linebacker commit Osita Ekwonu, picked up his offer from Notre Dame back in April, and was fired up for the opportunity.
“That was very exciting,” Bingley-Jones told Blue & Gold Illustrated. “That’s a huge academic school and a good football school with a lot of tradition behind it.”
