Notre Dame picked up their ninth commitment in the class of 2016 on Tuesday when Rochester (N.Y.) Aquinas Institute rising senior Jamir Jones committed to the Irish. The 6-4, 230-pounder picked up his offer after working out on campus, and committed on the spot.
