The 2017 edition of Nike Football's The Opening Finals has come and gone.

From June 28-July 3, several Notre Dame commits and top targets participated in the event which brings together 166 of the best high school football players in the country.

Below, you can find Tweets from several different media members regarding the performances of Irish commits and targets at the event.

Four-Star TE Commit George Takacs 

Notre Dame tight end commit George Takacs was an Opening Finals invitee, and the clip below shows him running a drill during Thursday's practice.

Four-Star DT Commit Jayson Ademilola 

Ademilola had a great time at The Opening, and was a standout lineman during the event. In the clip below, Ademilola shows off his power and strength during the lineman challenge.

Four-Star Safety Commit Derrik Allen 

Allen was undoubtedly one of the best defensive backs at the event. Here, he gives a Twitter shoutout to Nike for putting on the camp.

In the clip below, Allen goes up and gets an interception at the highest point during seven-on-seven pool play.

Allen stole the show Saturday night during one-on-ones with an effortless one-handed interception.

On Monday, Allen came close to grabbing yet another pick.

Three-Star Linebacker Commit Ovie Oghoufo 

In this Tweet, Ogohufo gives a shoutout to Nike for inviting him to the camp.

Oghoufo was fired up to be at the event, and to have four fellow commits along for the ride.

Three-Star DT Commit Ja'Mion Franklin 

Based on what he's seen from Franklin, BGI football analyst Bryan Driskell expects Franklin to make an early impact in South Bend.

Franklin definitely came into the event with a chip on his shoulder.
