They Said It
Rivals Midwest recruiting analyst Josh Helmholdt: "He could become another Corey Robinson. He's a big, physical wide receiver that's an asset in the red zone because of his size and height. He uses his body to go up and get those jump balls.
"Throughout his high school career, he has been kind of up and down. There has been times when we have seen him go up against Division I talent where he has used his size and explosiveness very effectively. He creates a mismatch against smaller corners.
"He needs to continue to develop in creating separation down the field so he can be a threat in the intermediate passing game and be able to utilize his size."
Prep Football Report's Tom Lemming: "I've watched him play since his freshman year and I always thought he was going to grow into a tight end, and he hasn't done it yet. Great hands, good speed for a big guy and he can separate.
"I'm not saying he is as good as Michael Floyd, but's he got those type of hands, size and strength."
