They Said It
Jamie Kohl of Kohl's Kicking: "I saw Justin starting right around his sophomore year of high school, I probably saw him 15 or 20 times since then. He has a Division I big-time leg. He gets good hang time, but his consistency and mental approach are what separate him from other high school kickers. He's more mature from that standpoint than any other kid I have been around.
"Based on what he has done so far, he is one of the better prospects to come out of the high school ranks in the last four or five years. When you start separating those guys at the top it's hard to do it fairly because of different situations. But Justin is very good and should be as game-ready as any high school senior that we have ever seen."
Prep Football Report's Tom Lemming: "The best in the country and a huge get to replace Kyle Brindza."
