Notre Dame Offers Rivals100 DB AJ Lytton

Rivals100 cornerback AJ Lytton added Notre Dame to his offer Tuesday evening.

Notre Dame is off to a great start in the 2018 class with two Rivals100 commitments in the defensive backfield with Marietta (Ga.) Lassiter safety Derrik Allen and Detroit Cass Tech cornerback Kalon Gervin.

The staff offered one of the top cornerbacks in the country this evening in Upper Marlboro (Md.) Wise Rivals100 talent AJ Lytton.

The 5-foot-11, 170-pound Lytton is rated as the No. 11 cornerback and the No. 71 player overall in the country. He is also considered the top prospect in the state of Maryland.

Notre Dame joins the likes of Clemson, Florida State, Georgia, Michigan, Oklahoma, Penn State, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia Tech and Wisconsin on Lytton's offer list.

Lytton was selected to All-USA Maryland first-team defense by USA TODAY this past season as a junior.
