Notre Dame Offers Four-Star 2019 Texas DE Marcus Stripling
Houston Mayde Creek defensive end Marcus Stripling is the newest name on the board for Notre Dame's class of 2019.
Stripling, a four-star prospect, announced the offer via Twitter on Tuesday morning.
Notre Dame joins an impressive list of offers for Stripling that includes Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Oklahoma, TCU, Texas and Texas A&M.
Stripling, one of the first 100 class of 2019 prospects to be given a star rating by Rivals, stands at 6-foot-5 and weighs in at 240 pounds.
The four-star is the eighth defensive end in the class of 2019 to land an offer from Notre Dame, and the 37th overall player in the class to be offered by the Irish.
