Notre Dame extended its second 2019 quarterback offer on Tuesday, this one going to four-star Bo Nix.

Nix, Pinson (Ala.) Pinson Valley product, also holds offers from Auburn, Alabama, Clemson, Florida State, Ohio State, Georgia, Kentucky, LSU, Louisville, LSU, Ole Miss, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Southern Miss.

According to MaxPreps, Nix threw for 1,737 yards, 16 touchdowns and four interceptions as a sophomore, while adding 1,300 yards and 20 touchdowns on the ground.

Nix is the son of former standout Auburn quarterback Patrick Nix, who is now the head coach at Pinson Valley.

The 6-foot-2, 190 pound Nix is the No. 33 player to be offered by Notre Dame in the class of 2019, and the second quarterback along with five-star JT Daniels of Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei.
