Notre Dame Offers 2019 Texas Safety Jamal Morris

Per his Twitter, Notre Dame has extended an offer to Jamal Morris, a four-star 2019 safety from Richmond (Texas) Bush.
Morris is rated by Rivals as the No. 10 safety in the class and No. 167 overall player in the nation.
He holds offers from Arkansas, Baylor, Colorado, Houston, Iowa State, Michigan, Oklahoma State, SMU and TCU.
Morris is the seventh safety in the class of 2019 t0 receive an offer from Notre Dame.
