Notre Dame Offers 2019 ATH Ronnie Hickman
Wayne (N.J.) De Paul Catholic wide receiver Ronnie Hickman is latest class of 2019 player to land an offer from Notre Dame.
Hickman, also holds offers from Boston College, Maryland, Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State, Rutgers and Wisconsin.
At one point, Hickman was actually slated to play a different sport in college.
According to Shawn Brown of ScarletNation.com, Hickman was committed to play lacrosse at Rutgers, but when football offers started to roll in following a strong junior season, Hickman had a change of heart.
“I am going to pick one, I am going to play football in college,” Hickman told Brown last month. “If a school would let me play both sports, then that would be okay. But it would not be a problem if they wouldn’t let me.”
Hickman is the 30th player in the class of 2019 to land a Notre Dame offer, and just the second wide receiver.
