Notre Dame Offers 2019 Athlete Jaylen McCollough

McCollough has an early offer list that includes Notre Dame, Alabama, Florida State, Georgia and Tennessee.

Per his Twitter, Notre Dame has extended an offer to 2019 athlete Jaylen McCollough of Powder Springs (Ga.) Hillgrove.

The 6-1, 190-pounder also has offers from Alabama, Florida State, Georgia and Tennessee, among others.

McCollough is the third sophomore from Georgia to get a Notre Dame offer this week following linebacker Owen Pappoe of Loganville (Ga.) Grayson and tight end Ryland Goede of Kennesaw (Ga.) Mountain.

Notre Dame has now offered 21 student-athletes in the 2019 class. The Irish staff is putting in a ton of work over the past couple of months to get an early start with the current sophomore class.

Time will tell if the staff’s early efforts will pay off in the long run. Stay tuned to Blue & Gold Illustrated for further updates on McCollough and other Irish targets.
