Notre Dame At North Carolina Hoops Postponed To Sunday

Update (6:36 p.m.): The game will be broadcast on ESPNews.

Notre Dame's basketball game at North Carolina won't be played Saturday as scheduled, and has been moved to Sunday at 1 p.m. at Greensboro Coliseum.

The Notre Dame team did not travel to Chapel Hill, N.C., as scheduled Friday because of a water main break in the town of Chapel Hill on Friday afternoon, which forced the mayor to declare a state of emergency.

The University of North Carolina also closed its campus in the early afternoon.

The Greensboro Coliseum is located 51 miles away in from Chapel Hill. The arena played host to Notre Dame’s 2015 ACC tournament championship victory over the Tar Heels.

There is currently no TV planned for Sunday's game. Tickets for Saturday's game will be honored at Greensboro Coliseum.
