A look at how former Irish stars fared during week seven action in the NFL and the first week of NBA action.

NFL OFFENSE

• Tyler Eifert (2009-12), TE, Cincinnati Bengals: Out for the season after suffering a back injury.

• Anthony Fasano (2002-05), TE, Miami Dolphins: Caught three passes for 25 yards and a touchdown in a 31-28 win over the New York Jets.

• Michael Floyd (2008-11), WR, Minnesota Vikings: Did not record a catch in a 24-16 win over the Baltimore Ravens.

• Will Fuller (2013-15), WR, Houston Texans: Had a bye.

• J.J. Jansen (2004-07), LS, Carolina Panthers: Will once again handle all the team’s long snapping duties in 2017.

• TJ Jones (2010-13), WR, Detroit Lions: Had a bye.

• DeShone Kizer (2014-16), QB, Cleveland Browns: Completed 12 of 20 passes for 114 yards and two interceptions in a 12-9 loss to the Tennessee Titans.

• Ben Koyack (2011-14), TE, Jacksonville Jaguars: Made one catch for seven yards in a 27-0 win over the Indianapolis Colts.

• Nick Martin (2011-15), OL, Houston Texans: Had a bye.

• Zack Martin (2009-13), OL, Dallas Cowboys: Started at right guard in a 40-10 win over the San Francisco 49ers.

• Troy Niklas (2011-13), TE, Arizona Cardinals: Did not catch a pass in a 33-0 loss to the Los Angeles Rams.

• C.J. Prosise (2012-15), RB, Seattle Seahawks: Returned to action after an ankle injury, but reinjured it during a 24-7 win over the New York Giants early in the game and did not record any stats.

• Theo Riddick (2009-12), RB, Detroit Lions: Had a bye.

• Kyle Rudolph (2008-10), TE, Minnesota Vikings: Recorded five catches for 43 yards in a 24-16 win over the Baltimore Ravens.

• Ronnie Stanley (2012-15), OT, Baltimore Ravens: Started at left tackle in Baltimore’s 24-16 loss to the Minnesota Vikings.

• John Sullivan (2003-07), C, Los Angeles Rams: Started at center for the Rams in a 33-0 win over the Arizona Cardinals.

• Golden Tate (2007-09), WR, Detroit Lions: Had a bye.

• Sam Young (2006-09), OT, Miami Dolphins: Did not play in Miami’s 31-28 win over the New York Jets.

NFL DEFENSE

• Sheldon Day (2012-15), DL, Jacksonville Jaguars: Notched a sack in a 27-0 win over the Indianapolis Colts.

• Matthias Farley (2011-15), DB, Indianapolis Colts: Registered four total tackles in a 27-0 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars.

• Cole Luke (2013-16), CB, Carolina Panthers: Placed on injury reserve with an ankle injury to make room for an offensive line signing.

• Romeo Okwara (2012-15), DE, New York Giants: Did not play in a 24-7 loss to the Seattle Seahawks.

• James Onwualu (2013-16), LB, Los Angeles Chargers: Recorded one tackle in a 21-0 win over the Denver Broncos.

• Isaac Rochell (2013-16), DT, Los Angeles Chargers: Rochell was waived by the Chargers to make room on the 53-man roster. He has signed with the team's practice squad.

• KeiVarae Russell (2012-15), CB, Cincinnati Bengals: Did not record a tackle in a 29-14 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

• Harrison Smith (2007-11), S, Minnesota Vikings: Registered four total tackles including one for loss in a 24-16 win over the Baltimore Ravens.

• Jaylon Smith (2013-15), LB, Dallas Cowboys: Recorded three tackles including a sack and a forced fumble in a 40-10 win over the San Francisco 49ers.

• Manti Te’o (2009-12), LB, New Orleans Saints: Recorded two tackles in a 26-17 win over the Green Bay Packers.

• Stephon Tuitt (2011-13), DE, Pittsburgh Steelers: Did not play in a 29-14 win over the Cincinnati Bengals.

• Ishaq Williams (2011-14), DE, New York Giants: On season-ending injured reserve.

NBA

• Pat Connaughton (2011-2015), G, Portland Trailblazers: Averaging 11.7 points, 1.7 rebounds and 1.3 assists in three games played so far this season. Shooting 59.1-percent from the field and 53.8 percent from deep.

• Jerian Grant (2011-2015), G, Chicago Bulls: Averaging 10.0 points, 3.0 rebounds and 6.0 assists in two games played so far. Started both games and is shooting 39.1 percent from the floor.

NOTE: Former big man Jack Cooley (Kings) and forward VJ Beachem (Lakers) are in the G-League.
