Per his Twitter, Notre Dame has extended an offer to Metuchen (N.J.) St. Joseph's 2019 4-star offensive tackle John Olmstead.

The 6-6, 285-pounder was in South Bend checking out the Irish program and working out in front of Harry Hiestand.

Olmstead holds offers from Ohio State, Penn State, Wisconsin, UCLA, Nebraska and others.

The four-star is the fourth offensive tackle in the class of 2019 to earn an Irish offer, and the fifth overall offensive lineman.
