Notre Dame picked up its second commitment in three days on Tuesday when four-star rover Shayne Simon announced for the Irish.

Simon, the No. 9 outside linebacker in the class of 2018 and No. 138 overall player in the nation, chose Notre Dame over Michigan, UCLA, Ohio State and several others.

As with every commitment, Blue and Gold Illustrated brought you extensive coverage of Simon's decision, all of which you can find links to right here on this page.
