Future Notre Dame quarterback Phil Jurkovec is the first Irish quarterback signee to participate in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl since Gunner Kiel in 2012, and it’s easy to understand why he was chosen for the game.

Jurkovec has enough accolades to fill 10 trophy cases, including 2017’s Gatorade Player of the Year award in Pennsylvania and a Pennsylvania 6A State Championship.
