One of the most coveted prospects in the class of 2019 just landed an offer from Notre Dame.
Kayvon Thiboeaux, a weakside defensive end from Los Angeles Dorsey now has 23 offers as just a sophomore.
Those offers include Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Florida State, LSU, Miami (Fla.), Michigan, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas A&M, UCLA, USC, Utah, Washington, Washington State and others.
According to Maxpreps, Thiboeaux recorded 14 sacks in 2016, as well as two fumble recoveries. He also had four receptions for 62 yards.
Following the season, Thiboeaux was named to the USA Today's All-California first team.
Thiboeaux is the 11th player in the 2019 class to be offered by the Irish, and the second defensive end, joining Fort Myers (Fla.) Dunbar defensive end Derick Hunter.
