BC looking for more help at TE

Andrew Isaacs may be verbally committed to Boston College but he continues to classify himself as a soft verbal commitment and is open to other schools that might come along. It shouldn't come as any surprise that the Eagles would continue to recruit other player at the position.

Even if Isaacs decides to remain on board with BC there are still some junior tight ends that the Eagles would probably love to bring aboard as a number two guy.

One such player is Greg Hart, a 6-foot-5, 225-pound tight end from Kettering (Ohio) Archbishop Alter.

Hart has offers from Indiana, Kentucky, Louisville, Northwestern, Pittsburgh, Purdue and Wake Forest, but he doesn't have an offer from Boston College yet.

However, when EagleAction.com caught up with him this week it became obvious that BC really likes him.

"I want to visit Northwestern again and maybe Nebraska," Hart said. "We'll see how all that goes. Boston College has been recruiting me really hard recently and I'd like to go see them, too. Maybe Pittsburgh again but that's about it. Nothing is set in stone yet."

Hart had a long chat with an assistant coach from BC recently.

"I actually talked to Coach (Sean) Devine (on Tuesday night) for about 45 minutes," he said. "BC already has a tight end committed but they're really looking to use the tight end more. That school is really attractive to me with their academic reputation."

Hart was most recently at Pittsburgh and also took in a practice at Ohio State not long ago.
