A&M makes bid to add entire Skyline LB corps

Dallas Skyline has proved to be a good place for Texas A&M in the class of 2010. Linebacker Domonique Patterson, one of the top ranked outside linebackers in the state, committed to the Aggies back in the spring after taking an unofficial visit to A&M. The Aggie coaching staff then followed that up with their biggest coup of all by landing four-star linebacker Corey Nelson, who had offers from virtually every big name school in the country.

Now, A&M has officially set its sights on landing the third member of Skyline's starting linebacker corps. Junior middle linebacker Anthony Wallace received a written offer this week from the Aggies. The 6-foot-2m 220-pound junior might just be the best of the bunch as he finished his sophomore campaign starting for one of the top defenses in the state, even though he was playing out of position at defensive end. However, the Aggies should expect to receive stiff competition for Wallace as he is anticipated to receive just as much attention as Nelson did.
