Hurst Dealing with Flu's timeline

For all of the talent within Oklahoma's class of 2009 perhaps no player possesses more speed than Lancaster, Texas four-star cornerback Demontre Hurst. The 5-foot-11, 170-pound prospect is putting that speed to use for Lancaster's track team whose season was delayed by the Swine flu cancellations earlier this month.

As such him reporting to Oklahoma for summer workouts will be a bit delayed.

"We are still in track. The state meet is actually June 5. We are among the favorites in the 4x400 and we could win the 4x100, it just depends where we are on that day and how we feel," Hurst said.

"I haven't really had much time to hit the workouts like I want to."
