Nash gaining lots of offers before Signing Day

Sulphur Springs senior defensive end Colton Nash was one of the driving forces behind the Wildcats' Class 4A state title this past season. However, due to the fact that the Wildcats' season lasted almost into 2009, Nash was unable to focus on recruiting and took only one official visit to Colorado in October.

Now with the state title run in the books, Nash has begun to get serious attention from a combination of Big 12 and SEC schools. He has set up two official visits and and will probably set up another one for later in January. In addition, the offers continue to come in as well.

The 6-foot-6, 240-pound Rivals.com three-star prospect has scholarship offers from Texas A&M, Colorado, Arkansas and Texas Tech, and is gaining significant interest from Oklahoma State.
