NoCal linebacker nearing decision

In less than 24 hours one of the Northern California's best linebackers will make his college choice. He has narrowed his list down to two schools. The player in question is three-star Michael Clay (5-11, 205, 4.5) from San Jose (Calif.) Bellarmine Prep.

One of the schools is Oregon the college that Clay was visiting this past weekend.

"My trip to Oregon was a fun experience," Clay said. "I liked my visit a lot."

"I am making my college decision Tuesday morning," Clay said. "It is down to Oregon and Colorado."

Clay visited Colorado back in November.

"I liked Colorado's campus and the coaches are really cool," Clay said. "Colorado has a different environment than California."

Clay earned a spot on the Rivals.com California Preseason Top 100 team for the class of 2009 landing as the Golden State's No. 73 prospect at any position.
