Arizona OL racking up offers

Three-star offensive tackle Taylor Lewan (6-7, 275, 4.85) from Scottsdale (Ariz.) Chaparral just may be the fastest rising offensive line prospect in the western region if not the nations. He has parlayed a very busy offseason where he attended a lot of camps and it is paying off in performance on the field and his play has attracted plenty of new offers.

"It has been exciting lately," Dave Lewan, Tyler's dad said. "Right now Taylor is concentrating on school, but the last 10 days have been very exciting.

Lewan's first offer came from Utah State, then he camped at his dad's alma mater, Minnesota and his performance earned him an offer there too. His third offer was after another stellar camp performance at Arizona State.

Word started to spread about Lewan after a stellar performance at USC's Rising Stars Camp, but schools went into the wait until senior season to see some senior footage mode and once Lewan sent out his tape things started to really pop for him.

One by one, schools such as Arizona, Oregon, Oregon State, Washington State, Michigan, Wisconsin, Nebraska, and Nevada. His two latest offers from UNLV and UCLA.
