Nevada three-star ready to pull trigger

Three-star offensive guard/defensive tackle Karrington Armstrong (6-2, 300, 5.0) and his Reno (Nev.) McQueen teammates are off to a fast start as they currently have a perfect 3-0 record on the young season.

"The season is good," Armstrong said. "We are 3-0 and I feel I have had a great start to the season. I wouldn't change a thing so far."

Things on the recruiting trail are going just as good for Armstrong as he is about to make his college decision.

"I will take an official visit to Oregon when they play Boise State this Saturday," Armstrong said. "I'm not going to take any other visits. I think that Oregon is the place for me."

Armstrong was selected to the Nevada Preseason Top 20 team for the class of 2009 landing as the Silver State's No. 7 prospect at any position.
