Texas TE expects to see UGA this spring

The spring evaluation period is upon us, and it looks like Georgia could be sending John Lilly out to the Lone State State in the near future. The new tight ends coach at UGA has been in contact with Jordan Najvar, and Najvar expects to see Lilly soon.

"Georgia has recently started to recruit me hard; it really started after I visited there in March," said Najvar. "I have been talking to Coach Lilly a lot and we have a great relationship."

"He has told me that they like me and two other tight ends right now, and that he really wants to see me this spring. I think he is coming out here pretty soon to see me during spring practice."

The spring could be big for this 6-foot-6, 215-pound tight end out of Oak High School.

"I think a lot of schools are going to come out to see. We practice hard for three weeks in full pads, so I will have a chance to show schools what I can do."

"We go full contact every day, we go through drills, we hit, and we practice hard. Things have really picked up for me recently, and I think I could get more offers soon."

He is up to eight offers now including offers from Arkansas, Clemson, Kansas, and Nebraska, so who could be next?
