MSU commits: Moeller LB fits the bill

Shane Jones played for Cincinnati Moeller's state championship team and the 6-1, 220-pound linebacker now brings his talents to Michigan State with hopes of making the Spartans title winners also.
"He's a great kid," said Moeller coach John Rodenberg. "He'll do a great job there."
Jones had 130 tackles last season for Moeller in his third varsity season. He played linebacker all three years.
"I'm fast and strong and I know how to get to the ball," Jones said. "I can do whatever he needs me to do."
Jones has had a chance to get vibes from MSU coaches on what his role might be as a Spartan.
"They told me they like my style of play and the style that Moeller plays," he said. "We have a few guys there now that have been there before. They say they like the way we play here."
The style Jones refers to involves players who are fast and physical.
