Hamilton having a big year

Strongsville tight end Ray Hamilton is having a big year this season. Through eight games, the 6-foot-5, 230-pound future Hawkeye has 42 catches for 674 yards and seven touchdowns. We caught up with the Hamilton to talk about his senior year, a tough loss for his team on Friday, following Iowa's success, and much more.

Q: Can you talk about the season you are having because you are putting up some big numbers this year?

HAMILTON: It's a credit to our coaching staff really. They're finding different ways to get me the ball because I've seen a lot of double and triple coverage this year. Coach Jacques has coached at the college level and he runs a lot of a pro-style offense where they really utilize me very well. When he puts me in a position to be successful, I just do what's asked of me and once I get the ball in my hands, try to make plays with it to help my team the best way I can.
