Five still alive for five-star athlete Wilder

People who come across five-star Tampa (Fla.) Plant athlete James Wilder Jr. at a camp or seven-on-seven event typically have the same response after seeing his ridiculously chiseled physique .

"We get the 'Wows,' " Plant coach Robert Weiner said. "If he takes his shirt off, it's like the fireworks show started."

The 6-foot-2, 217-pound Wilder, ranked No. 3 in the Rivals100, is the high school version of Mr. Olympia. His calves are incredibly thick. His chest is ripped. And his arms not only are huge, but have veins protruding from every corner of them.

Now for the part that might surprise you: Wilder isn't a gym veteran.
