Robinson to narrow list soon

McMinnville (TN) Warren County High School offensive lineman Cody Robinson is in a part of the country that the Syracuse Orange are not to successful when it comes to brining in talent. The Orange hope that Robinson could change that.

Robinson, 6-foot-2, 306 pounds received his offer early on from the Orange and he was happy to get it.

"It is definitely a great offer to get. I have a great respect for Coach Adkins and Coach Marrone. That whole program is just a great program," Robinson said. "They definitely have a great program and it is a great school."

A visit up north to check Syracuse out and learn more about the program has been set up and will be taken this summer.

"We are actually going up there on July the 29th. I am just going to be looking at how the whole program is. I am going to be looking forward to seeing The Dome and the whole city."

Right now the three star prospect is on the verge of having double digit offers and when it comes to taking an in depth look at the schools he will have a few things on his mind.

"The main thing is going to be where I fit in best and it has to be a place that's best for my career. School is also a part of it. I am looking for the schools where I can get my grades and have the best career possible."

The Tennessee product has a solid frame for division one football and he feels that is one factor coaches like as well.

"I think the biggest thing for me is my size, speed, and my feet. That is something that every lineman has to have and my strength helps out a lot as well."

With nine offers in hand no team has stuck out more than the rest, but during the summer months Robinson will look to narrow his list.

"I don't have any favorites right now I am still looking and everything like that, so it is still wide open," Robinson stated. "I am going to work on narrowing things down this summer, but a final decision could come in the middle of August or it could be in December. Once I decide on a school and commit that is here I am going."
