Singleton having fun with the recruiting process

The 2011 class in Mississippi is loaded with talent at the wide receiver position.

One of the Magnolia State's best resides in Madison and his name is Tobias Singleton. The 6-foot-2, 175-pounder already has scholarships pouring in from around the country.

"Recruiting is going real well," Singleton said. "All of the coaches that I've been talking to lately I really get along with them. I'm going to take some visits and just see how it goes from there. I talk to our football coaches everyday and they tell me to make the recruiting process fun while you can. There is no rush to make a decision. They tell me to have fun while you are doing it."

Singleton has pulled in scholarships from Alabama, Arkansas, Memphis, Mississippi State, Oklahoma State, Ole Miss and Southern Miss.

The Madison Central star is planning a full summer of visits with Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Penn State, Mississippi State and Ole Miss as possible stops on his tour.

"Right now I want to visit everywhere and make my recruiting process fun," Singleton said. "My eyes are open for everybody. I wouldn't mind leaving Mississippi. I'm wide open."

Singleton spent many of his Saturdays last fall visiting Ole Miss but made it to visit the Rebels rival Mississippi State for one of their biggest games of the year.
