Hutchins is making the junior day rounds

DeSoto, Texas offensive lineman Marcus Hutchins started on the Eagle varsity squad as a sophomore two years ago and his footwork and frame attracted the attention of colleges across the country almost from day one. As a result, he has become one of the most heavily recruited offensive line prospects in the state of Texas with offers from Arkansas, Arizona, Baylor, Houston, Kansas, TCU and Texas A&M.

Hutchins also enhanced his stock via his invitation to the U.S. Army All-American Combine in San Antonio earlier this year, where he won the majority of his one-on-one battles. Now, he is in the middle of a series of junior days across that took him to TCU last weekend and will continue with Texas on Saturday, Oklahoma on Feb. 20 and Texas A&M on Feb. 27.
