If ND joined the B10 they should be in the same conference with Michigan, MSU and Purdue. Since we play them every year. That would leave 2 other games in a 12 team conference. Then the other 6 teams- you play three, home and home, then the next two years, you play the other 3 home and home. That is 8 B10 games a year. That leaves 4 games for ND to pick and choose from. USC and Stanford should be two every year- keeping a base in Cal is important. We should always play Navy, so that leaves 1 game a year. We should use that game to play a Big time opponent- Texas, Oklahoma or and SEC power. It could work as long as there were only 8 conference games.
