Rushing trying to prove self in camps
Houston Memorial defensive end James Rushing has yet to play a single down of varsity football. Nonethless, he's considered to have the potential to be the top defensive ends in the class of 2011 next season.
To that end, the 6-foot-4, 218-pound Rushing is spending as much time as he can this summer attending camps at various schools across the Southwest. In fact, Rushing is headed back to Texas A&M for his second camp this summer when he attends a camp for linemen on July 10.
He is receiving attention from Georgia Tech, SMU, Texas and Texas A&M.
