Practice Notebook: Back to two-a-days

AggieYell.com Normally after a scrimmage, football players tend to take a day off when it comes to intensity on the practice field during August camp. Texas A&M, however, jumped right into the second week of camp with two practices Monday.
And in pleasing head coach Mike Sherman, the intensity stayed at a very high level.
"I thought it was a good practice this morning and this afternoon. Again it wasn't 100-percent clean in relationship to everyone doing the right thing all the time, but I was pleased with the effort," Sherman said. "There was a lot more banging going on, a lot more contact and after the scrimmage yesterday to come back for two-a-days you always worry about that. But I was pleased with that."
