Vaccaro is excited about Sooner offer
They say that you never get a second chance to make a first impression, and after talking to Brownwood, Texas defensive back Kenny Vaccaro it's pretty clear that the rule applies in football recruiting. After consecutive weekends of Junior Days at Oklahoma and Texas A&M it looks like it's the Sooners who came away making the most positive impression.
Then again, Oklahoma had a built-in advantage; they offered the 6-foot, 176-pound during his trip to Norman.
"Yes sir, Oklahoma offered me after the Jr. Day, I enjoyed the trip," Vaccaro said. "Since I was up there for the camp this summer Josh Heupel has come to our school, it's been good, I haven't called them but I've seen them in person more than any other college."
