Who will be Kentucky's first in-state football commitment in this year's class?

With August rapidly approaching, that question is usually answered by this time of year. But things could change soon with one of the Wildcats' top targets hinting that his decision may be on the horizon.

"Coach Glaser told me he's been talking to Joker Phillips a lot lately and they really want me down there," said Louisville St. Xavier lineman Matthew Smith. "So they are looking better and better to me right now.

"I want to talk to coach about it and see what his thoughts on it are, when he thinks would be a good time to decide. It could be soon, though."
