Irish momentum helps deliver Slaughter

IrishIllustrated.com Recruiting momentum can be overrated.
But in the case of defensive back Jamoris Slaughter, a recent Irish recruiting run played a very real part in convincing the four-star athlete from Stone Mountain, Ga., that the time was right to join Notre Dame's quickly filling class.
"It had an impact because a lot of people started committing," Slaughter said. "It just felt right to do it too. But the roster is definitely filling up a little bit."
