Johnston (S.C.) Strom Thurmond quarterback Aramis Hillary was impressive last Friday at the Elite 11 regional workout on the campus of Georgia Tech in Atlanta, so it's not surprising that he currently holds two Division I-A scholarship offers.

"I have offers from East Carolina, Mississippi State and (Division I-AA) Appalachian State right now," Hillary said.

Hillary recently made an unofficial visit to Greenville, N.C., to check out ECU.

"That was great," he said. "I got to talk to (Pirates head coach) Skip Holtz. I also thought they had real nice facilities and they are building more. They are spending the money at that school to make it first class. They are a program on the rise and what stood out to me was that not only do they want me, but they need me."
