Reier's Review: Monday AM Quick Hits

TideSports.com *The Alabama Crimson Tide got its final two-a-day session of the preseason underway with a 21-period practice this morning.
*Senior halfback Kenneth Darby, who returned to practice last night after missing three days of workouts due to family reasons, went down with a left knee injury during the full tackling, 11-on-11 work that ended this morning's practice. Darby took a hit on his left knee from cornerback Chris Rogers and had to be helped from the practice field into the Hank Crisp Indoor Facility. He emerged a short time later walking with a slight limp and a bag of ice on his left knee. Darby was on the practice field for the remainder of the workout.
