Daniel Palmer, a 5-foot-9 and 189 pound running back out of College Station, Texas currently nas no scholarship offers on the table but is receiving interest from several schools.

Of those showing him interest, Palmer claims Oklahoma State, Texas A&M, and UTEP as an early top three schools that he is keeping his eye on the most.
