City C.C. (Kan.) cornerback Riyahd Jones had always been very interested in the West Virginia football program, but Thursday he got the news that he had been waiting for.


Jones, 6-foot, 185-pounds, received a Facebook message from West Virginia cornerbacks coach Daron Roberts that the Mountaineers were very interested in the talented cornerback and were looking to extend a scholarship offer.
